The Tulane University Medical Group’s Compliance Office oversees billing compliance as it relates to external regulations which govern professional billing and reimbursement.

The functions of the office include, auditing and monitoring of professional documentation of services billed to government payers, detects and responds to issues of potential noncompliance and provides faculty and staff with both general and specific compliance education. The office responds to questions and/or complaints related to billing compliance.
